Sydney, Australia, Today the Van-tastic road trip, sponsored by WorldNomads.com, has officially kicked off its Queensland leg. The first two van drivers that were chosen from many entries are a couple of kiwi boys, Hamish and Adam, with a great sense of humor and the ability to drive drive drive.
Hamish and Adam are two unidentical non related twins separated at birth then reunited. They have an uncanny amount of things in common and doctors believe they actually share the same brain.
Born and raised on the mean streets of New Zealand they have fought through the struggle and both have seen unparalleled career success as trolley boys for major supermarket brands.
The boys have now embarked on their greatest mission ever. To travel the world and have as much fun as humanly possible. Armed with the latest NASA designed recording devices they would like to showcase their journey to the world. Their goal is to inspire and motivate others to travel and enjoy unforgettable experiences.
Hamish and Adam will jump in the van in Cairns and explore the tropical north where the rainforest meets the Barrier Reef or hit the coast and find out why Queensland is renowned for its islands. They’ll stop by the full moon party on Magnetic Island, cruise the Whitsundays, drop by the Australia Zoo and take a drive around Fraser Island. They’ll take the inland road and count the kangaroos on an outback farm stay and take in the bright lights of Brisbane and dazzling beaches of the Gold Coast. It doesn’t matter which path they choose, in Queensland every road leads to an adventure.
