Summary:
Breema is a common sense approach to physical, emotional and mental health that emphasizes the mind-body connection. Breema incorporates the Nine Principles of Harmony: Body Comfortable (the body is comfortable when it is considered part of a unified whole); No Extra (to express true nature, nothing extra is needed); Firmness and Gentleness (real firmness is always gentle, and real gentleness is always firm); Full Participation (the most natural way of moving and living is with full participation);
The Breema bodywork method is a natural way of expressing these principals through flowing, physical movement. More importantly, students learn to apply the Nine Principals of Harmony to all situations in life. Breema brings new flexibility, ease, comfort, and vitality, creating a sense of wholeness and aliveness.
In this intensive weekend workshop, students will learn, practice and receive Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork. No previous bodywork experience is needed. The instructor for this workshop will be Dr. Jon Schreiber, D.C. Dr. Schreiber has been teaching Breema worldwide since 1980. He directs The Breema Center and The Breema Clinic in Oakland, California. The author of several books, he is also a licensed chiropractor.
