"SoHo Southwest's goal is to act as the 'voice' for the arts, humanities and animals (aha!) for one local nonprofit organization by applying its creative talents to a problem they need solved," said Deanna Fusco, owner and graphic designer, SoHo Southwest. "In tough economic times, most nonprofits do not have the opportunity or full budget to allocate to a needed graphic design project. SoHo Southwest seeks to fill this void through the aha!voice program."
Utilizing donated time and materials, SoHo Southwest will provide graphic design services for little or no cost to a qualified organization.
SoHo Southwest is calling on nonprofit organizations operating in the metropolitan Phoenix area to submit an application for its aha!voice program. The call is open to any local 501(c)(3) organization in the areas of art, humanities or animals that are not religiously or politically based. An application can be downloaded on line by visiting the News Page on SoHo Southwest's Web site at: http://www.sohosouthwest.com.
The deadline for submissions of a completed application is August 31, 2009 by 5:00 p.m. MST. SoHo Southwest's goal is to enrich its local community through aha!voice, a newly created program, to act as the "voice" for the arts, humanities and animals by annually gifting graphic design services to one local nonprofit organization each year.
