Reddick Joins ECA as Marketing Director for Virginia College’s Online Division

Experienced marketing executive Joanna Reddick has joined Birmingham-based Education Corporation of America (ECA) as the Marketing Director for the online division of Virginia College.

Experienced marketing executive Joanna Reddick has joined Birmingham-based Education Corporation of America (ECA) as the Marketing Director for the online division of Virginia College.  Reddick has a very strong background in brand management and marketing.  For the past eight years, she worked with Johnson & Johnson, where she developed well-known consumer brands as Rembrandt, Rolaids, Rogaine and Listerine.  Before Johnson & Johnson, she gained valuable experience at Nisource, IBM, National Journal Group, and Polygram Music.  

Chuck Trierweiler, ECA Chief Marketing Officer, says, “With the tremendous growth in our online programs—now with almost 6,000 students worldwide—we want to not only intelligently maintain that growth, but also make certain the student experience is the best it can be as we successfully fulfill our brand promise to every single student who enrolls. Reddick gained a Bachelor’s in Music and a Master’s of Business Administration from Howard University. She has already relocated to Birmingham from New Jersey and is happy to be closer to family in Savannah and Atlanta.
