Redondo Beach, California. A new line of Eco-Friendly diaper bags hit the Los Angeles Gift Show this July and won the California STARS Award. The California based company called Jillaine launched their new line of Environmentally Friendly diaper bags only to become the winner of the prestigious award.
The owner, Jillaine Force was excited about the award, “It really took me by surprise” she said. “Although I had a feeling the Peekaboobag would get a lot of positive attention, the diaper bag is absolutely brilliant.”
The company is better known for the Peekaboobra, a patented line of Nursing Bra Wear for breastfeeding mothers. The Nursing Bra Wear features clothing that has a built in bra and easy access for simple and discreet breastfeeding.
Jillaine intends to add to the Peekaboo line, including baby hats, diaper wraps and additionally broaden her bag line. The retailers at the Los Angeles Gift Show were very interested in what was on the horizon from this innovative designer.
Marty Willey owner of Company’s Coming, a high end boutique located in Santa Maria, California had a tough time deciding on all the wonderful and unique diaper bags for her retail store. Each Peekaboobag is a one of a kind original, allowing the retailer infinite possibilities to offer to their customers.
The materials used on the Peekaboobag are odd cut and end roll fabrics, scrap and recycled leathers. They also use salvaged Thai costumes. It is no wonder that the Peekaboobag won the "California STARS" Award. Environmentally aware consumers have never been offered such an unusual and extraordinary diaper bag before.
