Rjenda is an online software solution designed to schedule, coordinate, and analyze activities for school classes, teams, clubs, troops, committees, work groups, and family and friend circles.
“As you may know, Rjenda is specially designed for users who belong to many groups and have a need to coordinate activities across all these groups. We all know that group organizers spend many hours every week coordinating such activities, communicating and interacting with group members to ensure that activities work out smoothly in the end. Rjenda helps make this possible”, said Ranvir Wadera, founder of Rjenda.com
Rjenda users (be they teachers, parents, students, players, dancers, etc.) need quick, efficient ways to communicate, and stay on top of things.
To achieve this, Rjenda provides many means to communicate
1. Private messages to users
2. Mini-posts (short-messages with a maximum of 233 characters)
3. Posts for longer messages
4. Ability to comment on mini-posts and posts
5. Email notifications
6. A daily digest with a summary of the days happenings, information on upcoming activities, etc.
Mini-posts are very popular with all our users and many have asked for the capability to be able to post a quick message to several groups at once. Rjenda has just added this capability. Just below the mini-post on the user home and group home pages, users can now select the other groups (“Send this mini-post to additional groups”) they would like to post this message to.
It’s easy to use and efficient. Try it out and let us know what you think.
