Crye-Leike, REALTORS recently welcomed Affiliate Broker Carri Emil Lyons to the company's Forest-Hill Irene Branch office located at 3030 Forest Hill Irene in Germantown, Tennessee.
"Your house can be just a place where you store all of your stuff in the beginning, but then your house becomes your home where your life is made, memories are formed and the home becomes the center of your world," said Carri. "I am excited about the opportunity to work with sellers and present their world to someone else who is looking to make a home. I'm eager to work with buyers who are searching for that perfect house to make a home for themselves and their future."
Carri is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Shelby and Fayette counties. She specializes in residential real estate focusing on first-time homebuyers, relocation, condos, investment properties, land, and new home construction. Carri is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
"Having invested in 3 homes in my young life, I can tell you that each one housed a lifetime of memories," said Carri. "When you realize that a home is not just a home, you will realize that it is also a personal investment that a professional Realtor should help you with when it's time to buy or sell. I plan to use my personal home buying and selling experiences to help guide my clients through one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make."
Prior to her career in residential real estate sales, Carri was employed with Girl Scouts of America and the Gulf Pines Council in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. With the Gulf Pines Council, she served as the Membership and Marketing Director.
Carri recently moved to Tennessee when her home in South Mississippi was damaged by Hurricane Katrina. She lives in Collierville with her husband Joseph and 2 children Emma (2) and Zachary (5). When Carri's not busy assisting buyers and sellers, she enjoys home decorating, gardening and sewing in her free time. Carri is a member of Mom's of the Midsouth, the Central Church in Collierville and attends CBS, bible study, at First Baptist Church in Collierville.
