Free Cheesecake and Bakery Tour on National Cheesecake Day – July 30

July 30, 2009 - PRLog -- National Cheesecake Day is July 30th, and Chicago’s own Eli’s Cheesecake will be giving away FREE Cheesecake slices at Eli’s Cheesecake World from 9:30am – 2:00pm (one per person). Join Eli’s National Cheesecake Day Celebration for a fun-filled day of activities!

If you love cheesecake, then you need to come and get some free cheesecake and see how the cheesecakes are made, the "Chicago " way -- Eli’s free bakery tour will start Thursday at 1pm! Come and see the magic behind the taste of Eli’s!  

Also, on hand to celebrate will be the talented free juggling group “Catch This” who will perform at the National Cheesecake Day celebration, along with many other fun activities! “Catch This! are crazy free jugglers with clubs, balls, diablos, rings, cigar boxes, knives, and fire. 2:00pm (one per person). In addition, there will be a free flower arranging demonstration with Bob Neri at 11:00am, a live performance by legendary Chicago pianist Hal Roach, a free agricultural lecture at 1:00pm with guest speakers elis-cheesecakeJIM BRAUN & DEBBIE HILLMAN (coordinators for the Illinois Local & Organic Food & Farm Task Force and builders of an Illinois field-to-fork food system), and market fresh produce from the weekly Eli’s/Wright College Farmers Market!
