Mintare, NE - Happy Tails Books, a new company that publishes breed-specific compilations of adopted dogs, has teamed up with nine Boston Terrier Rescue Groups including MidAmerica Boston Terrier Rescue, a group that rescues Boston Terriers in several states including Nebraska, to collect stories for their first book, “Lost Souls: FOUND! Inspirational Stories of Adopted Boston Terriers.” The stories, which are submitted by members of the rescue groups, raise awareness about dog adoption and breed characteristics, and provide a source of donations for rescue groups.
Annie, a local dog adopted by Lisa Quintanar of Mintare, will be featured in the section of the book that shares anecdotes about why people love their Boston Terriers.
