Carmel, Indiana – Indianapolis home builder, The Estridge Companies, leads the country in referral sales during a time when consumer confidence in real estate is low and costs in the home building industry have been cut across the board. Over 47% of Estridge home sales result from homeowner referred buyers or buyers moving from an Estridge home as reported by the results of Estridge’s third-party customer surveys. This level of referral sales greatly exceeds that of other surveyed builders. A 98% Willingness to Refer rating by Estridge homeowners suggests excellent customer satisfaction and high referral sales in the future.
The third party survey administered by Woodland, O’Brien & Associates reports on customer satisfaction of home builders across America through multi-faceted surveys of the builders’ homeowners. Estridge homeowners are surveyed following home closing and after a year of ownership and the reported results are from home closings between October 2008 and March 2009.
Of Estridge’s referral ratings, Keith O’Brien, Woodland, O’Brien & Associates Partner, states, “These are the strongest referral sales results we are seeing anywhere, and it is a testament to the company’s dedication to customer satisfaction for these many years.” According to O’Brien, the referral sales are the result of, “Product quality and overall production results are extremely strong and among Estridge’s most consistent ever.”
The Estridge rate of referred homeowners of 47% is over three times the industry average of 12% to 15%. In addition to referral rate, Estridge achieved nationally leading results in multiple areas. Customer satisfaction of production quality reached over 96% positive, greatly exceeding industry averages as well, with over 94% of Estridge homeowners recording Estridge production quality as superior. Furthermore, Willingness to Refer grew to 100% in those surveyed after a year of ownership (homes that closed October 2007 to March 2008).
