The module enables HR professionals to seamlessly request and receive feedback on applicants, and allows the hiring manager to manage interview scheduling.

The HMQR module features a request form, feedback request, web-based hiring manager portal, and a scheduling tool to create interview appointments. Recruiters can configure the feedback request by selecting the desired hiring manager(s), response due date, and applicant attachment(s)
