Lynns Concepts is happy to announce it has reached a licensing agreement with top foodservice supplier Tuxton China Inc. Tuxton has agreed to license its U.S. consumer dinnerware and cookware business to Lynns Concepts, Inc. for a multi-year time period.

Previously, Lynns acted as Tuxton’s distributor in the consumer goods industry solely for its foodservice products. This agreement allows for an expansion of the Tuxton brand in the consumer industry through retail-focused development and Tuxton's products to be widely available to consumers. Lynns and Tuxton will share product design and showroom facilities, and Tuxton will continue to provide distribution services, procurement and supply-chain systems to ensure the quality assurance of the brand. This tactic allows Tuxton to sharpen its strategic focus on its domestic and international foodservice businesses, which are well positioned for growth.

Lynns’ first Tuxton product, a high-alumina classic white open stock program, AlumaTux, will debut at the San Francisco Gourmet Housewares Show in August.
