The online course gives the participants the support they need: Every day they get an e-mail with an exercise, where reading and doing does not take longer than 30 minutes so that it stays practical. Also every day there is a life online chat to solve problems, help with blockades, report about success and ask questions. Another element is the bulletin board, available 24 hours and only accessible in the internal area of the portal so that disturbing negative comments have to stay outside. The last included element is the private e-mail for questions that cannot be asked during the chat or on the bulletin board.
