Chippenham Accountants Clear Vision are pleased to announce that Clear Vision client Alford Technologies has won a prestigious award for the second time.
Alford Technologies is the global market leader in designing and producing user-filled explosive charges for the military and police.
The company has been awarded a Queen’s Award for Innovation for its entire range of liquid disruptors, including the ‘Bootbanger’
This award reflects the work the company has done to support the efforts of its customers worldwide in combating terrorist activities and especially Improvised Explosive Devices ‘IEDs’.
The Queens Award was presented to the company by the Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset, Lady Gass JP on July 6th. Following the presentation, it is normal for members of the company to be invited to Buckingham Palace to be presented to the Queen.
