Veriteq Instruments today announced the release of their new viewLinc™ monitoring system for regulated controlled environments. The viewLinc 3.4 validatable system is not only the only system to ensure continuous, 100% gap-free records for controlled and regulated environments, this latest version now allows users to schedule automatic reports delivered by email.
The system’s ability to generate and deliver reports automatically, eliminating the need to manually create reports in an effort to keep up with documentation requirements. Reporting capabilities include alarm history, channel data and statistics and all interactions with the system.
The new viewLinc 3.4 provides other labor-saving benefits; users can access their records on any standard Internet browser, making it easy to standardize their monitoring applications anywhere in the world. Once validated on a host server, viewLinc administrators can easily add more users and other facilities to the same system without having to validate each remote PC.
With its secure audit-trail, the viewLinc system is designed to meet the compliance and certification guidelines of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 CBER, JHACO, AATB, AABB and other regulatory bodies. The viewLinc system creates gap-free records for monitoring temperature, relative humidity, CO2, differential pressure, light, door switches and other variables. Unlike many centralized monitoring systems, viewLinc ensures against lost data by employing three discrete back-up methods — independent recording in each data logger, back up to the host PC, and automatic file transfers.
viewLinc is unique because it installs on any existing Ethernet network, reducing the need and cost of outsourced IT services that are required with most networked monitoring systems. viewLinc users can deploy Veriteq’s high-accuracy data loggers using any standard type of connectivity (or combination thereof) -- Ethernet wired, Power over Ethernet or WiFi network. Providing the ability for immediate response to potential problems, viewLinc delivers alarm alerts via text and email to PC, cell-phone and pager. It can also annunciate alarms through dial-out, lights and buzzers.
