Tyler Yeaton Joins Get Fit NH Boot Camp Staff, Helps High School Athletes Dominate

PR Log (Press Release) – Jul 28, 2009 – Epsom, NH – Cr8 Health & Fitness LLC is pleased to announce Tyler Yeaton, CPFT will bring his contagious enthusiasm for helping young athletes prepare to dominate their sport season to his new position as personal trainer and bootcamp instructor with “Get Fit NH” Boot Camp.

“I am very excited to have Tyler join our staff,” said Dean Carlson, Owner of Cr8 Health & Fitness. “He has been a tremendous asset as the business has grown, and he has worked hard to achieve his professional credentials. His addition to the staff will allow us to expand our services and serve our clients better.”

“My passion is teaching and coaching high school athletes to help them find exactly what their strengths and challenges are.” Tyler said. “We then develop a plan together to improve these areas so specific goals can be met. It takes work – hard work – but my task as a coach is to make sure each athlete reaches their goals AND potential.”

Tyler graduated from a combination of schooling from Pembroke Academy and a homeschool environment. During high school Tyler was a prominent basketball player for PA. He can relate to the pressure of sport specific training while in school. “I believe training not only for a certain sport but training to be the best athlete you can is key to success.” Tyler says.
