Amara Career and Business Development has announced that it is in need for other call centers in Asia to help them in their need for the expansion of their Carpet Cleaning Campaign.
Amara started to make telemarketing calls to the United States 3 months ago for Carpet Cleaning Company (client's name withheld) and have rapidly increase in number for it's agents in the last few weeks.
Currently, Amara is searching to expand the same campaign up to a total of 100 seats. Amara current CEO, Christina Johnson said "Amara is growing, though it is young it's bpo division, we are all aware that it has been existing in the last 4 years. Though, we are already functional as a call center, we are still limited in our capability to expand, with such reason, we need to function still as a BPO consultancy firm to other call centers globally to make sure that we support the BPO business still while our in house center is still growing."
It was just recent that Amara Career and Business Development opened its 50 seater call center in Cebu City, Philippines supporting various campaigns all over the United States, Australia and UK. With the rapid demand of growth, Amara has decided to turn over some of the telemarketing seats to other call centers.
The Carpet cleaning campaign is solely focused to dial for California and is set to expand soon to the neighboring states of Nevada, Washington, Arizona and Texas.
