Drumming Expert Starts Off 15,000 Runners In Santa Cruz Wharf To Wharf Race
Corporate Team Building Drumming Expert, Jim Greiner, starts Off 15,000 runners participating in the renowed "Whart To Wharf" race in Santa Cruz, CA with A Community-Building Drumming Event.

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 27, 2009 - Corporate team building drumming expert Jim Greiner lent his expertise to the Santa Cruz County (California) Wharf To Wharf Race on Sunday, July 26, 2009 at 8:30 a.m., by conducting a community drum circle at the start of the event. 15,000 runners participated in this year's race, the 37th year that this annual event has raised funds for area school athletic programs. Over 40 musical groups of all types line the race course to inspire the runners.
Starting at the world famous Giant Dipper roller coaster, the Wharf To Wharf race (http://www.wharftowharf.com) begins at the Santa Cruz Wharf/Beach Boardwalk and winds its way along the scenic Monterey Bay to the Capitola Wharf, looping around the Yacht Harbor, through Schwann Lake Wildlife Sanctuary and across ocean bluffs and quaint seaside neighborhoods before dropping down next to the beach in picturesque and historic Capitola Village.
Jim Greiner, founder of Hands-On! Drumming® Events (www.handsondrum.com), conducts award-winning, interactive rhythm programs worldwide for corporate team building, conference ice breaking, and community, school and private groups. This is the 13th year that Mr. Greiner has conducted the community drumming circle at the start of the event.
