Conformance to ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance standards required the implementation of procedural changes, training, increased documentation, and adjustments to operating systems on every level of the manufacturing process at Custom Label’s Hayward, California facility. ABS Quality Evaluations is the impartial auditor who evaluated the effectiveness and completeness of the quality management system before recommending Custom Label’s registration.
