What is your job or what you are going to do with this computer or other question what is the used of this computer ? Let’s talk about budget later because that is second question before buying a computer.
If this computer is going to be used for graphic designer it needs to be a more powered computer rather than a computer that will be used for administrative purpose such as typing and printing documents.
A graphic designer computer will need high graphic card, at least need minimum 2 gigabyte of memory (RAM) for 3D rendering, and larger spaces for files saving, and definitely better monitor because most of graphic designer will work in higher screen resolution than only typing documents.
For document typing or administrative purpose a low class computer will do just fine, it doesn’t need high specs graphic card, or a fancy processor, even 14 inch monitor will be ok. All it needs is a good keyboard and mouse.
