A new social networking site has just been launched by a hockey insider. It’s dedicated to hockey fans who might like a glimpse of what life is like at the hockey rink from a behind the scenes perspective and more.
The site address is www.insidethenhl.ning.com and encourages input from members as to their own experiences and what they would like to know about the league in general, about their favorite teams, or individual players.
Members are able to upload their favorite audio and video clips; they can blog, start a discussion board, post pictures, and chat.
Site administrator Debbie Elicksen has been covering the National Hockey League for over 15 years. She has written a weekly NHL column on www.nbcsports.com;
You can read Debbie’s blog at www.insidethelockerroom.com, and she has also launched a Facebook group page: NHL Behind the Scenes.
