Rob de Castro, the general manager of Lemon Tree Inn of Naples, Florida was selected to join the Leadership Collier Program, which develops a network of leaders to address community-wide challenges and identify viable alternatives. The nine-month program, developed by The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, begins in September and includes training and educational insight into societal and economic issues facing the Greater Naples area.

With the belief that knowledge is a key element and prime motivator of leadership, The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce developed the Leadership Collier Program to educate community leaders on a host of issues facing Collier County from Education to Growth Management, Health Care to the Arts. The program builds a network of community leaders who will utilize their diverse talents, skills and unique perspectives to address community-wide challenges and identify viable alternatives.
