Patch Products Hires New Employees

BELOIT, Wis.—Patch Products, a leading manufacturer and marketer of games and toys, is pleased to announce and welcome Matt Ott, Jennifer Petsche and Jessica Wineke to the Patch team.

Matt Ott is the Corporate Controller responsible for managing the financial operations of the company. He has extensive experience in the areas of financial statement consolidation, budgeting and strategic planning. Most recently, he was Controller-U.S. Operations for an international wire manufacturer. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and M.B.A. degree with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, along with his CPA certification.  Matt and his family live in Rockford, Ill.

As copywriter and editor, Jennifer Petsche is responsible for writing and proofreading copy for the company’s products. Prior to joining Patch, Jennifer gained more than 10 years of valuable experience as a proofreader and creative copywriter at Quill Corporation; copywriter and art coordinator at LTD Commodities and most recently as a copywriter at OfficeMax, Inc. She received her B.A. from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame in English Literature and Writing. Originally from Lake Station, Indiana, she now lives in South Beloit, Ill. with her husband.

Jessica Wineke is the company’s new Public Relations Coordinator. In this position, she is responsible for gaining publicity for Patch and its games and toys, as well as managing all media inquiries and interview requests. Wineke is a recent 2009 graduate from Winona State University, where she got her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications—Public Relations. While attending WSU, she was instrumental in creating a Public Relations Student Society of America club, where she was Winona’s chapter president. Jessica lives in Verona, Wis.

Brian Maxwell, President of Patch Products Inc., is excited about the future of Patch Products with these three new employees.
