Target Goes Natural & Organic With Nature's Baby Organics

Nature's Baby Organics and Target Stores Team Up to Provide Natural Personal Care Products

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul 22, 2009 -
Woodland Hills, CA ─ In an effort to address consumers growing demand for natural and organic products, Target and Target.com have teamed up with Nature’s Baby Organics to provide consumers with an all natural line of baby skin and hair care products. These products will soon be featured online at www.target.com and select Target locations.

According to the Natural Marketing Institute, demand for natural and organic products is at an all-time high. U.S. shoppers spent $4.9 billion on natural and organic personal care products in 2005. This represents a growth of 22% over the previous year. Based on current consumer demand, this figure could rise to over $11 billion by 2010.

About Nature’s Baby Organics:
Nature’s Baby Organics www.naturesbabyproducts.com is a luxurious line of all natural and organic baby skin and hair care products. Founder and mother of two, Adena Surabian, developed this line of special products to provide moms, like herself, and dads, with safe and effective products for the entire family.

Nature’s Baby Organics products contain no harsh chemicals and are free of parabens, propylene glycol, and synthetic ingredients, including fragrances, and colors. As such, they are the preferred choice of skin and hair care products for those prone to allergies, as well as skin and chemical sensitivities.

“More and more parents are purchasing natural and organic products,” stated Adena Surabian,” President of Nature’s Baby Organics. “The key motivations for parents to purchase natural and organic products are concern for the health of their children, concern for their own personal health and concern for the environment. We are very pleased to offer our products to consumers via Target and Target.com. Like us, Target is committed to the health and well being of families (particularly infants and children).” Said Surabian

This commitment is now enhanced through their line of natural and organic products. “Here parents will not only find our line of all natural skin and hair care products, but they can also find other natural and organic products.”  Nature’s Baby is a family business, with Surabian’s husband and parents in key managerial roles. Says Phil Wolvek, Surabian’s father, “I came out of retirement to support my daughter’s dream and as a result, fulfilled a dream that I didn’t even know I had. Adena is a mom on a mission – to educate about the hidden dangers of everyday skin and hair care products and bring the cleanest, greenest and most effective products to the mass market. Our partnership with Target has allowed us to fulfill both of those objectives.”
