Fuelstart.com, an online resource for home energy recently launched Fuelcharts, a portal for homeowners to monitor their energy usage using the internet. This program allows for homeowners to track, chart, and set up reminders for all of their home energy needs. Having this information online will allow homeowners to understand where their money is being spent, and give them the ability to compare usage from year to year.
Originally founded in February 2008 as a search engine for home fuels, Fuelstart.com has steadily increased its online offering by adding new energy resources for homeowners and businesses. Tools for homeowners include a search for energy companies and prices, email alerts when prices change and forums where they can ask/answer energy related questions. The release of Fuelcharts fits with the company philosophy of allowing consumers to make informed decisions concerning home energy usage.

While the first version of Fuelcharts is available for consumers, Fuelstart envisions that as consumers use the program, improvements will be made based on consumer suggestions.
