Omega Funding, Inc has been retained to secure financing for a large development in Mid-Eastern US. The development will consist of Two National Chain Hotels, Restaurants, Commercial Condos, Convention Center and Complex. "Because of the experience and the vast need for such a complex in the area we have decided to accept and work for the developers in securing financing through our network of private investors" - Managing Director Omega Funding, Inc.
Feasibility studies and outside third party reports have all indicated there is significant demand for such a facility in this part of the country. The total dollar amount is undisclosed at this time. With any real estate investment, a full assessment of the market, primary trade area, and competition is completed prior to the acquisition of land and complete financing of the development project. We are very excited to engage on a project of this nature and size. We look forward to securing the funding required.
