Since books like „The Secret“ and „The law of attraction“ there have many new ideas come up which all seemed to be the very solution for all of our problems. Many people were interested in these ideas and kept reading every new book, discussed in dozens of bulletin boards and of course visited several weekend workshops about these topics. But what did they forget when doing so ? They never concentrated on their aims, they were never really focussed.

They universal law of attractions teaches us that „like attracts like“ - so that means that if you think about one thing very much and with a lot of emotion then you give that thing the energy to get manifested in your life. This is a thing that works always and with everything. So here the person goes, having a problem and reading and discussing on bulletin boards about the problem. What does he do ? He concentrates on the problem and attracts even more of it. He might think it is all just getting worse and that is why he buys a book about the problem. Again, what does he do ? He just gives another load of concentration on the problem – and again he manifests more of it. Thinking it is just getting even worse he would visit a weekend workshop dealing with the problem. Of course this only attracts more of the problem. It seems to be his only topic and he talks about it all day long, he thinks about it day and night and there seems to be nothing more important than – this problem.
Unfortunately, he never thinks about how to solve the problem, he only reads and discusses about the effects of it and how bad he feels and that he is getting the impression that it will never get better (self-fulfilling prophecy). He cannot notice anything good in his life and that is exactly why the universe does not offer him things to feel good about.
