The latest Luxury Brand Status Index shows that the IWC is at top of the list, the second time in the past three years. Meanwhile, Patek Philippe, Rolex, Vacheron Constantin and Audemars Piguet also appears on the list.
As far as my knowledge, the patented Luxury Brand Status Index is the only standard used to measure the importance and value of certain brands in eyes of American rich men. The survey directly collects useful data from rich customers. The index covers four major elements that used to measure brand level, including constant excellent quality, uniqueness, social status and self-improvement. The survey also assesses three major achievements of brands. They are as follows: good value for the price, recommendable brand to relatives and friends and repeat or regular buying.
The IWC watch got 7.87 points (total scores:10 points) in the survey , a little higher than Rolex, Vacheron Constantin and other famous top-class luxury brands.
The IWC has enjoyed admirable reputation since its establishment in 1868 with lots of precise luxury wristwatches which are deeply loved by watch collectors and watch lovers worldwide.
