After January 2009, your chances of getting hired are 1 in 250 only if you apply for a job within the first hour a job posts and your odds continue to increase every minute thereafter. Resumes that are received outside of the hour window have no chance of being reviewed as hiring managers and recruiters look at no more than 250 resumes per position.
Tip: Always use automated tools provided by job boards to submit your resume in the first hour a job is posted.

The ratio of jobs offering no base but the ability to make over $50,000 per year is 1 in 10 in every state and the ratio of jobs offering no base but the ability to make over $100,000 per year is 1 in 25 in every state.
Tip: While waiting for that salaried job, consider spending an hour or two at home in a job offering no base but a chance to earn your desired yearly salary.
