Rjenda is an online software solution designed to schedule, coordinate, and analyze activities for school classes, teams, clubs, troops, committees, work groups, and family and friend circles.
"For users of a solution like Rjenda, whether they be teachers, parents, students or group organizers, quick, efficient communication is essential", said Ranvir Wadera, Founder of Rjenda.com.
Rjenda provides many means to communicate, with users being able to send private messages and public messages to group members or their contacts. In addition to this, since many of our users are also active email users, Rjenda supports several forms of email notifications
1. A daily digest to all users with upcoming activities and notifications
2. To users when they are invited to join groups
3. To users when they are invited to an event and to inform them of event changes
4. To group organizers when a user requests to join a group that requires an approval
5. For private messages sent to users
6. For users who use the volunteer signup module – when a group organizer creates a volunteer signup and for when a volunteer signs-up for an item
Rjenda is now adding 2 additional forms for email notifications for better group communication and interaction.
1. Email notifications to group organizers when guests RSVP to an event
2. Quick messages as email notification to all group members
Emails for event RSVPs -
Some group and event organizers have asked to get email notifications when their event guests/players/
To get such notifications the event organizer can set this up in the “new” and “edit” event screens, by clicking on a check-box “Notify organizers when guests reply”. When this is done, all event RSVPs are sent to the event organizer via email (in addition to being available on the event home page) as well.
Email notifications to all group members -
Another request from many of our users has been the ability to send a quick message(s), via email, to all members of a group (that they are a member of). Users can now do this with the “mini-post”
