Since the opening of her practice in 1982, Dr. Brown has been in the unique position to observe thousands of her own patients as they struggle to find safe remedies to help them cope with such pregnancy-related difficulties as stretch marks, acne and nursing pain. Working closely with a Ph.D. organic chemist who is an expert in the field of product development and technology for the cosmetic industry, she has extensively researched, tested and evaluated each ingredient on more than 300 patients to ensure their effectiveness. “My experience as a board-certified obstetrician allowed me access to information only available to medical professionals, so I was able to conduct extensive research on all of the ingredients in my products,” said Dr. Brown. Her large obstetrical practice allowed her to test them for effectiveness, consistency and reliability and to make improvements based on patients’ recommendations. Since the beginning of her Obstetrics and Gynecology practice in 1982, Dr. Michele Brown has delivered more than 3,000 babies, making her uniquely qualified to recognize the problems of pregnant women. She is a graduate of George Washington Medical School and trained in obstetrics at Yale New Haven Hospital. She is a board-certified member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the American Medical Association, the Fairfield County Medical Association and the Women’s Medical Association of Fairfield County.
