The exhibition will be held in the most exclusive hotel in Beirut, summer residence to many members of Gulf Oil rich Royal families will be home to the Cyprus Property Exhibition Centre in August. The investors from Iran, Saudi, Kuwait and other GCC countries are using Lebanon as a summer playground, where many will discover the benefits of Cyprus in the CPEC held in Beirut.
An integrated marketing plan, lead by World Class Group, will target wealthy Arab nationals visiting Beirut during the summer holidays.
World Class Group, a marketing and promotional consultancy group has contracted the Phoenicia Hotel in downtown Beirut for a series of seminars promoting Cyprus to encourage inspection trips from authentic investors.
While most developers have historically not done proactive marketing, Michael J. Tolan, CEO of World Class Group says “The Time for Action is Now”.
“Developers who bury their heads in sand and speak about how good things used to be and how bad the crisis is effecting them are only attracting more lack than before. These developers will have it the worst” he added.
This expo is a simple mathematical solution, he who has money is a potential client, especially when these people are a 25 minute flight from Larnaca Airport.
In the past ,developers relied upon brokers to beat down their doors with buyers, however today, things are slightly different to say the least. No one is making any sales, because no one is packaging their offer in a way that appeals to an audience who can afford to invest.
Tolan admits most Cyprus developers are inexperienced in doing a real international trade, with most of them having courted the English market which is down 90%.
