The Self-Employed Academy Celebrates First Round of Graduates!

   This from just one of the many recent graduates of the 6-week course called "The Secret Formula for Self-Employed Success" held in Portland Oregon this past Spring.

   With the economy in crisis and people getting laid of at an alarming rate, more and more experts are starting their own businesses. Just like the students who recently finished this highly sought after business course.  But with one big difference, these entrepreneurs  are prepared to take on the new economy and the way business is being done with an actual action plan that covers such areas as marketing, packaging, promotion, creating buzz, and financial stability. The course even went as far as finding your personality trait and how to use it as a business asset.

   The Self-Employed Academy uses facilitators like Roberta Mac Laren of RPMMarketing.com and Barbara Saunders founder of the Self Employed Creative Professional (secppdx.com) who currently run their own successful business. They bring business knowledge, background and stability mixed with enthusiasm to this timely and much needed business course.

   The next 6-week session at the academy is scheduled to start September 9, 2009. Also planned is a 3-day intensive in Fall.
