Three Glass Doctor franchise owners received the Glass Doctor Excellence in Leadership Award during the company’s 2009 Annual Reunion Conference in Las Vegas June 28 – July 1:
• Ron & Jane Maxey, owners of the Glass Doctor of Northwest Indiana franchise based in Valparaiso, Ind.
• Larry Patterson, owner of the Glass Doctor of North Texas franchise based in Carrollton, Texas
• Gene Porter, owner of the Glass Doctor of Clovis franchise based in Clovis, N.M.
The Excellence in Leadership award recognizes franchisees who consistently set an example for others within the entire franchise system through vision, participation and positive contributions.
The Maxeys opened a second Glass Doctor location last year and helped coordinate regional training meetings for franchisees. Patterson and Porter both play key roles on the Glass Doctor Franchisee Leadership Council.
“These franchise owners deserve the Excellence in Leadership award because they set high standards for their franchise and they are examples to our other franchise owners of how to implement the Glass Doctor service system,” said Mark Dawson, president of Glass Doctor.
