Marc Mazur stars as N.C.O. Idaho in the short film DECEIT. This dramatic short focuses on three American soldiers and a young girl trapped in a fox hole during the Vietnam War. The film was produced by Suzanne DeLaurentiis and directed by Gary Brockette. Deceit also features up and coming stars Brian Hall, Robin Cho, and David Michaelson.
Marc Marzur was a scholarship athlete at Arizona State University studying Astrophysics when he enrolled in an acting class to fulfill a humanities credit. At the time he had no idea that acting would become the great passion of his life. Marc has since moved to Los Angeles and accumulated numerous film and television credits as well as roles in live theater and commercials. He credits his background in athletics for the disciple and physicality he brings to his performances.
Marc is continuing the study of his craft with the Cinema City International Film Festival Mentorship Program headed by Suzanne DeLaurentiis. In his spare time, Marc teaches acting to kids through community outreach at the El Monte Community Center and the Rising Stars Program.
