Cattleman's Choice Loomix, a long-time leader in the Liquid Cattle Supplementing business, has announced the hiring of Shanna Smith, Molly McCray and Dr. Michael Jarosz as Cattleman’s Choice Loomix, LLC, new staff members!
Shanna Smith, hired in May as Marketing Manager, has taken on all of the marketing roles of Cattleman's Choice Loomix, Loomix Specialty Products, and Loomix West. She will also be involved in recruiting strategies, new dealer trainings and various other projects. Shanna is originally from Pendleton, Oregon. She received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Idaho in Moscow in Agriculture Extension and Education in 2008. Shanna was accepted into the Western Center for Integrated Resource Management Masters program at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO and graduated in 2009 with her Masters of Agriculture Sciences.
Molly McCray was hired in June as the Animal Nutritionist with Technical Services Department. Molly is originally from Walsenburg, Colorado; she attended North-eastern Junior College in Sterling, CO and then transferred to Colorado State University, in Fort Collins, CO earning a Bachelors of Science in Animal Sciences. In 2007, Molly graduated with a Master’s of Science in Animal Sciences with an emphasis in Ruminant Nutrition from Colorado State University.
Dr. Michael Jarosz, hired mid July, comes to Loomix®, from Windsor, CO. Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 1995 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Masters of Science from CSU in Animal Science with a specialization in Ruminant Nutrition and emphasis in Energetics; and received his Ph.D. with the same major and emphasis in 2000 from CSU. Michael was previously the Livestock Agent for Colorado State University Extension office of Weld County.
