As President, he managed all commercial, operational and strategic initiatives of the business, spearheading the company’s global growth, channel development and operational improvement. Davies also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Research and Development for United Industries Corp., where he was part of a successful executive team that quadrupled the size of the business over a four-year period by acquiring and integrating similar businesses, launching innovative new products and growing organic market share. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota. Davies succeeds Frank L.
