De Souza, who arrived in New York City from Brazil 20 years ago, is the founder of the Helio de Souza Salon and a well-known stylist who has gathered an international following in both Rio de Janeiro and New York, as well as press attention in North America, Europe, and Latin America.
Piccolo is a hairstylist and makeup artist whose family members have been working as hairstylists for four generations. He trained at the prestigious Centro Stile Moda in Milan at the age of 15, as well as at the famous Tony and Guy Academy in London, where he also worked as a makeup artist. After coming to New York, he worked at Next Management before joining de Souza at Concept.
Lewis is a former interior designer and space planner, and founder of Elaine Lewis International. Lewis, the author of Less is More: A practical guide to maximizing the space in your home, brings her immense experience in both the fashion and business communities to her position as CEO and director of business development and administration.
