Elana, visiting from the University of Arizona, explained what the Academy at Sisters means to her, “I owe the staff and system at the Academy so much. If I can help any of the current students at the Academy it will only be a partial repayment for all the great mentoring I had while I was here.”
Dr. Julie Schneider added, “These girls graduated from the Academy and are returning to give back, it is such a strong message on the quality of treatment and learning that goes on at the Academy”. Dr. Schneider is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Bend and holds a license in School Psychology. She has recently opened a practice in Bend Oregon.
