NexGen DS Releases the Next Generation of Digital Signage Software

NexGen is releasing NexGen DS Version 2.0, a digital signage application that is proving to be revolutionary.  This Macintosh-exclusive software offers an all-inclusive solution and one that doesn’t require a server.  

This software is being touted by industry sources as a new concept in the digital signage industry.  It is a program that can act as a signage creator, a signage scheduler and publisher.  All of these avenues are combined in one application, an application available being sold at a very affordable price.  The all-inclusive software means that once it is purchased, the user owns the software and will not owe any monthly usage or additional subscription fees.

Before the company designed version 2.0 they interviewed some of the top digital signage users in the country.  They asked pertinent questions like “How would you (the user) redesign your current digital signage applications?”  The majority of the users answered “an easier to use application.”  In response to the question; “If the system were redesigned what would be the two most important features included?”  The majority of users stated that security and easy use were the two most important features. These are precisely the objectives that NexGen used in designing their latest DS 2.0.
