To fulfill this gap and to give wings to the dreams of aviation enthusiasts Academy of Carver Aviation offers advanced technology learning facilities on Pilot Training and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. Carver Aviation is the first flying school in India having an ISO 9001-2000 certification and is DGCA approved. The school is located in the rain shadow region of Baramati in Maharashtra, India. The school has an excellent infrastructure spread across 3,96,000 sq ft and has a wide variety of over 18 aircraft, one of the largest training fleet in the country.

18 years of Age completion
12th Standard Pass (equivalent with Maths & Physics)
Proof of having successfully completed 10th standard will have to be provided with a School Leaving Certificate
Class I Medical Test by D.G.C.A. Approved Doctor
A Medical examination will have to be undertaken by D.G.C.A (Director General of Civil Aviation) approved Doctor.
The form to be filled up is a standard Government Issue form - CA-34. This form is available with the Doctor or can be acquired from Academy of Carver Aviation Private Limited.
Pass in Meteorology, Regulations, Navigation (Individual Paper), Aircraft General (Aerodynamics ), Aircraft Specific (Aircraft Type), and RTR ( Radio Telephony Restricted ).
200 Hours of Flying as per Government Syllabus
AME - Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
The AME course is designed for three years spanning over 6 semesters in a highly planned manner. Each semester comprises theory and practical training on equal basis, which is targeted to provide preplanned level of technical knowledge and proficiency amongst the trainees through systematically arranged curriculum and proven Quality control Mechanism.
Opportunity for AME lies with MRO Companies as every aircraft has to be certified by licensed AME for Air worthiness.
Apart from World Class Infrastructure and Expereinced Faculties available at Carver . The Candiadtes will work as interns at Indamer a market leader in General Aviation Aircraft Maintenance in India and is authorised service centre for Hawker Beechcraft and Embraer.
3years full time course
Minimum Qualification - Passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and obtain a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in PCM.
Age – Minimum age from date of beginning is 16 years and the upper limit is 24 years
No academic program will meet its designed objective unless it is supported by adequate classrooms, teaching facilities as well as practical training at various level of the program. Keeping this in mind ACAPL has developed a modern teaching and training infrastructure at its Pencil Chowk Campus and Airport campus at Baramati which is truly conforms to aviation training standards.
In order to provide sound knowledge for AME course, adequate number of well equipped environment friendly classrooms has been developed. The class rooms are flooded with technical charts and photographs which are self educative and help a trainee adapt quickly in aviation environment and learn the complex aircraft systems with ease.
Practical Training is the most important part of the AME training program and covers almost 50% of the entire training hours. To facilitate this, ACAPL has developed highly equipped workshops and laboratories which are capable of imparting practical training on different aircraft systems, Power plants, avionics systems, at various level of training to determine that an individual has gone through a rigorous pre planned training program which will generate the required confidence and skill amongst the trainees to undertake maintenance activities of live aircraft straight away.
In order to provide true aircraft knowledge ACAPL has 20 live Aircrafts including Multi engines. In addition to this, there are well equipped labs and highly sophisticated Engine overhaul shop for the students. There are also Workshops, NDT shop, Battery Shop, Electrical shop and a Radio shop to be set up soon.
