Joe Scorese of MAC Investment Company an Allentown based real estate, finance and investment company presented a two day intensive "Getting to Know Real Estate Finance" seminar at mid town Manhattan's renowned corporate meeting and event space Eagles Nest Studios.
Mr. Scorese presented two days of intensive, hard hitting real estate financing information that covered both the residential mortgage industry as well as the commercial mortgage industry. The meeting was well attended by both new and seasoned real estate investors anxious to get the most up to date information on this complex and fast changing topic that is now more than even crucial to your real estate investing strategies if you want to get the deal closed.
Just a few of the topics covered included on the residential mortgage side how to get your first time home buyers qualified for a mortgage and thus allowing them to purchase their first home sometimes even with less than stellar credit rating. Just knowing this one tactic can get your buyer qualified to purchase the real estate investors house when so many other investors cannot make the deal happen.
On the commercial lending side Mr. Scorese covered the many nuances of commercial lending and creative finance which included but was not limited to the state of the market,types of loans, the loan application process and documentation. It was alot of information to be sure and many an attendee including myself left with my head spinning but with a much clearer picture of how the financial mortgage industry works and how to get you loan presented and more importanly approved in the shortest amout of time as possible. All in all it was very informative two day event with Joe Scorese and the REIA of NYC coming through again with up to the minute powerful information helping to give its members the creative edge whenit comes to getting the deal done.
