With the recently published version 4.3 of TimeCard users can report expenses and time in one swift operation. The TimeCard toolbar in Outlook and in the Outlook appointments now has a new button. Press it, and an Expenses dialog will open. Here the user can enter Mileage, Cost for mileage, Allowed expenses per day, Other costs and a description if needed. These labels may be customized by the admin to suit each organization's line of requirements.
When the appointments are reported ‒ still inside the Outlook Calendar ‒ the Expenses follow them to the database. Just like all other data the Expenses can then be studied with OLAP Reporting Tool, the powerful statistics application integrated in TimeCard. If the user wants to export the report to an Excel datasheet, the Expenses will be added there also.
