FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul 18, 2009 -
I'm sure everyone heard about 'Toxic people'. These people usually tend to make you feel bad just by hanging around with them. They are often aggressive verbally  and if you find yourself being together with a toxic person then you can well say that you are in a 'toxic relationship'. I'm sure that no one wants to be with someone that makes them feel emotionally or physically harmed no matter what your situation is they will only make you feel worse and worse if you don't do anything to change them.

Below are just some of the signs and common behavior of a toxic person, you may not be able to realize it at first that is why you should read them carefully and you will be able to tell if you partner/lover is a toxic person with ease.

#1 He/she is very suspicious and never trusts you no matter how much trust you show him/her. They often read your text messages or emails, follow you everywhere just to make sure they know everything about you, and you don't have a gram of privacy.
#2 Your partner tries to make you dependent on them.
#3 You always have to change things such as your behavior, clothes or the way you look, just to please them.
#4 Your partners always tries to put you down verbally in front of other friends
#5 Even if he/she says that she loves you, his/her actions don't really show it. (toxic people will hardly be able to show love)

Toxic relationships usually grow in toxic homes, meaning that his or her parents are just about the same as toxic. Usually toxic people have very unhappy childhoods and they don't even consider themselves toxic. Even if toxic people can show trust in a relationship they are hardly able to show respect or love but the great part is you can do something to change them. Another sign of a toxic person is that they usually have very short relationships if any at all.

Is your partner telling you that it is always your fault for anything going wrong with the relationship? If so then you're in a toxic relationship. Toxic people will never admit they're doing something wrong. Instead they prefer to make you dependent on them and manipulate you at the same time just as they will. The only way to change toxic people is by standing up and sustaining your points of view about the relationship.

Some people might be able to repair such relationships, while others will never be able due to their weak character. Truth is, that all relationships can be salvaged. Some couples prefer to go to counseling and pay good money for a therapist. If you're living with a toxic person then you need to decide if your relationship is really worth saving, because these people can be changed or you can also make your mind and just walk away. Make your partner understand that you need support and love just as anyone else does, if they still can't understand it then they should be all aware that you can walk away anytime and find yourself a new relationship.
