I am a Christian and I'm going in for surgery on 7/13 and I've always had a problem with anxiety, panic and to a smaller extent claustrophobia. I'm going to need something to listen to while I'm recuperating in the hospital because I'm anticipating not wanting to be there in that room for 7-10 days. What can you recommend?
