In 2009, the Arizona Real Estate Investment Association (AZREIA) became the first REIA in North America to earn the Circle of Excellence designation. At the 2008 Annual National REIA conference, AZREIA, the largest REIA in North America, swept six top individual awards including Professional Education Program, Conference & Expo, Government Affairs, Membership Development, Community Programs and Printed Communications.
Alan Langston, AZREIA’s Executive Director, is also receiving national attention as a nominee to serve on the National REIA’s board of trustees in 2010. Alan’s daily goal is to continue growing the membership at AZREIA. But, most importantly, he maintains AZREIA’s mission by providing the Education, Support and Networking to the 2000+ members at every level of expertise.
There are several reasons why AZREIA has garnered more national attention since 2005 than any other property investing club. Among those awards was the sixth best networking organization out of 250 competing property investment clubs in the country which speaks high volumes for what this real estate investors club can offer you in terms of getting your own business off the ground in this industry.

Meeting Information - Phoenix
AZREIA's monthly meeting is the 2nd Monday of every month at the Celebrity Theatre at 440 N. 32nd Street, Phoenix. The Celebrity Theatre is just four blocks south of the 202 on the west side of the street. There is plenty of free parking. Guests may pre-register on-line and the guest fee is reduced from $30 to $20. Members attend free. Registration opens at 4:30PM.
