Snook has announced a letter of agreement with direct sales legend Mark Wilson, CEO of Closers Get Paid™, to acquire the worldwide licensing rights to Closers Get Paid™ and distribute its merchandise, products and social network globally via joint venture. The sum of the deal was undisclosed.

Snook continues to show an aggressive appetite for strategic acquisitions in the lower middle market space with the announcement of his second acquisition in the first 6 months of 2009.
