PRLog (Press Release) - Jul 17, 2009 -
The Company property is located northeast of Carrizozo, NM and adjacent to El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. (ECPN OB) (http://www.elcapitanpmi.com/) claim block which results are: 141,444,000 short tons grading 0.020 opt Au, 0.205 opt Ag, 0.011 opt Pt with a contained 2,769,106 ounces Au; 28,997,185 ounces Ag; 1,517,868 ounces Pt.

Tsukuda's field supervisors identified a belt of carbonatized and volcanics intruded by a number of porphyries as well as a strong structural trend in the area equal to that of the El Capital claim block. Geologist at Tsukuda believe that this structural zone, in combination with these altered porphyries, were crucial in the precipitation of hydrothermal gold bearing fluids that occur within these belts. The Gold Nugget has a significant portion of these structural trends located its claim block.

The entire property is being inspected by our field hands and numerous anomalies have been identified. A program of ground surveying the anomalies and reconnaissance mapping is currently underway. In addition, a program of line cutting and Mag-VLF has also started to delineate potential gold targets along the belt of ultramafics for follow-up by trenching and/or drilling.

All other recent work on Gold Nugget has focused on the VMS potential, which the Company will be providing an update on in the near future. A map of the property with potential mineral trends is currently being produced and will soon be available on the Company website.

Our Geologist has reviewed and approved the press release. C. Anderson is the qualified person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 reporting for the Company's Gold Nugget Property.

Tsukuda-America Inc. currently owns a 100% undivided interest in the Gold Nugget 1 Claim located in Lincoln County, New Mexico that we intend to conduct mineral exploration activities in order to assess whether it contains any commercially exploitable mineral reserves.

The Gold Nugget 1 consists 160 acres and lies in the central part of New Mexico in the Jicarilla Mountains Area, Lincoln County, New Mexico. The region is known for its historic production of placer and lode silver and gold. This general area has reported nearly 90% of Lincoln County production. The area that gold can be found is 16 miles north and east of Carrizozo in the Jicarilla Mountains. Placer gold was mined here before 1860 in Baxter and White Oaks Gulch and the tributaries to these gulches. Lincoln County has yielded a variety of metals and minerals: gold, coal, iron, lead, copper, zinc, fluorite, bastnaesite,
gypsum, tungsten. In addition, deposits of molybdenum, thorium, uranium, and
manganese are known.
