Condo Vultures® Founder To Present At Realtor Association Event in Miami

PR Log (Press Release) – Jul 17, 2009 – Condo Vultures® founder and real estate analyst Peter Zalewski will be presenting on a panel discussion about the latest developments and new projections for five real estate markets at a luncheon hosted on July 23 at the 94th Aero Squadron in Miami.

The seminar, sponsored by The Realtor® Association of Miami-Dade County will feature a panel of experts consisting of local, national, and internationally recognized speakers. The five real estate markets to be addressed are Residential, Luxury, Condo, Commercial and International.

Joining Mr. Zalewski on the panel are Rei Mesa, President, Prudential Florida Realty;
Thad Adams, Sr. Advisor, The Allen Morris Company; Dana Fernety, VP., Beacon Council; and Manny Mencia, Sr. VP., Enterprise Florida.

The event will be moderated by Louis Archambault, Attorney, Pathman Lewis, LLP.

The program runs from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. The cost for RAMDC members is $25 and $30 for non-association members. The fee is not refundable.
