Last Thursday CO & CO Marketing, Ltd. in Southampton announced the promotion of Thomas Wilson to Crew Management.
Thomas Wilson joined the company in February 2009 and has been very persistent, making his way up in a relatively short time – 5 months. Starting in London, he decided to move to Southampton 3 months ago to help the expansion of this new office in Southampton. From using his great leadership and management skills he succeeded in developing other people.
Few words on Tom... After graduating from the University of Worcestershire with a degree in History, he travelled for three months in the USA before joining the company. Tom, only 22 years old, is planning on opening his own office in Cornwall by the end of October this year.
"It is a fantastic feeling taking on more responsibility and gaining more experience in developing people through the first stage of the management program. My mission is to ensure that everyone continues to develop through the program as quickly as possible and to see CO & CO Marketing continues to advance and expand”, Tom said.

CO & CO Marketing, Ltd. is a direct sales and marketing company that opened its office in Southampton in March 2009. The main goal for now is to grow and expand portfolio of clientele.
